I began actively pursuing my interest in art when I was in graduate school at NYU where I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology. This focused on the visual arts, first as a photographer and then as an early explorer in video art.

I then pursued a career as an independent toy and game inventor. I've created and licensed all types of toys and games, the most well-known of which is Tickle Me Elmo.

Seven years ago, I starting making art again. At first, my projects were more 3-dimensional, but in the last 4 years they have become more image based. The results of this more recent body of work are presented here as a series of portoflios.
